Can you volunteer for 2008?
We
depend on hundreds of volunteers to make this event a safe,
successful and enjoyable day for everyone. The volunteers are the
people who make this event possible and hundreds of enthusiastic
people are needed to help out in various roles on race day. These
include setting up signage and banners and marshalling the drinks
stations, start and finish line and race routes.
The support of our volunteers is extremely valuable and as a token
of our appreciation all volunteers will receive refreshments, an
event memento and a free post race drink at the Escape Bar. Under 18's may volunteer if they are accompanied by an adult.
Volunteers will not be responsible for any road closures.
