Cassidy Lady Godiva Half Marathon 2008
The Cassidy Lady Godiva Half Marathon Course is currently being finalised with the new start/finish area being in Millennium Place.
Apart from changes in the City Centre the route will remain very similar to the 2007 route with alterations to the Memorial Park.
We are planning to have the course finalised, measured and published by May.
The section from the Kenilworth Road to Ullathorne School is being improved as we speak with a new wide footpath being laid.

2007 Route Profile Diagram
The diagram below gives an indication of the gradients on the 13.1 mile route. The three most noticeable climbs appearing towards the left of the diagram are Allesley Hall Drive, Parkhill Lane and Alderminster Road. The most noticeable climb on the right half of the diagram is Gibbet Hill Road. The steepest ascent on the course is approximately a 6% gradient.
Monty's Mini Marathon (approximately 1.6 miles)
The traffic free Monty's Mini Marathon will be starting and finishing in Millennium Place with a route (TBC) around the City Centre.
Please note that this event will start at 9:40 this is immediately after the half marathon start guaranteeing great crowds and atmosphere for the start and finish! You can enter online, by post or on the day.
